Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Trainee at eNtrust Software Solutions, you will be responsible for:
- Abstracting Key Information: Extracting critical information from Lease Agreements and entering it into the client’s application software.
- Handling Multi-lingual Documents: Working with lease documents in various languages and accurately entering data into the Lease Abstract Form.
- Analyzing Lease Data: Reviewing and analyzing financial information, including Common Area Maintenance (CAM), Taxes, Insurance, and other expense recoveries.
- Conducting Desktop Audits: Performing expense reconciliation and recovery analysis for CAM, Taxes, and Insurance, and presenting your findings to the management team.
