Role Overview
As a System and Application Services Associate, you’ll be integral to improving how clients and the world work. Your role will involve:
Infra Managed Services: Managing and operating infrastructure services, ensuring reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT systems, both on-premises and in the cloud.
Application/Cloud Support: Providing support and maintenance for applications and cloud systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to keep systems running smoothly.
Project Control Services: Enhancing project management by tracking and managing activities, aligning priorities with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects.
Low/No Code App Development: Creating applications using low-code platforms, optimizing internal business processes, and customizing solutions to meet client needs.
Quality Engineering: Designing and executing tests, preparing reports, and analyzing results to ensure high-quality software delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Accenture is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
Education: Non-engineering graduates or postgraduates (e.g., B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com) who have completed their degree within the stipulated duration. Engineering graduates and technical postgraduates are not eligible.
Experience: 0 to 23 months of full-time experience.
Academic Performance: No active backlogs and completion of the degree within the prescribed duration.
Previous Applications: Candidates should not have participated in Accenture’s recruitment process in the last three months.
Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in India; foreign nationals require appropriate work permits or OCI/PIO cards.
Assessment Process
To ensure a fit for the role, candidates will go through a multi-stage assessment process:
Mock Assessment: A 10-minute practice test to ensure your technical setup is suitable for the real assessments.
Cognitive Assessment: A 50-minute test with 50 questions covering English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning.
Cognitive & Technical Assessment: For those who choose this option, a 90-minute assessment covering cognitive skills and technical knowledge, including MS Office, pseudocode, and networking fundamentals.
Communication Assessment: Approximately 30 minutes evaluating sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
