- Debug & Rework Technician/Engineer
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in BGA Rework
- Removing Faulty Components
- Repairing all Types of PCB
- Able to Understand Circuit Diagram / RBOM
- Knowledge on ESD, MSD, ROHS, NON-ROHS
- Good Debugging & SMD Rework Soldering Skills
- Knowledge on Using Multi Meters & Test Equipment
